School today was O.K.A.Y! I was supposed to have 5 classes straight but because there was some mix-up in the relief allocation, two of my classes were cancelled, yay!
Steven mentioned he has his driving licence already; one more hazard added to the roads! Watch out. But still, CONGRATULATIONS!
I made up my mind not to go for the interview after all. I think they’ll probably blacklist me and think I'm such a pig, but oh well. I have my reasons. The severe time constraints for my presentation had me wondering if I really wanted it bad enough to chiong like mad, and forfeit my sleep. I decided, not. I don’t yearn for it that much. Whatever I decide, just don’t ever look back and regret.
I met Leonard for dinner today. I was playing Spider Solitaire on my laptop in Tampines Library while waiting for him, since I was two hours earlier than our stipulated time of 6.30pm, when a bugger scared me from behind. Yes, bugger = Leonard. Scary ah, but at least he’s early! Appreciate it, at last, one of the RAREEEE times. We ventured to Tampines 1 (my 3rd freaking time there since FRIDAY, and it’s getting so stale already!!! Yes, Uniqlo still has a queue, WHAT THE HELL really), and the food court at the uppermost floor had its shutters down, wonder why. Didn’t really feel like dining there so we went to the TM food court, ahhh, much better. Familiarity breeds business! After dinner, we were walking around when I saw Mr Koh, buying dinner for Ms Chan! XD I hope he doesn’t start having funny thoughts, although his grin pretty much gave him away already... We decided, or rather, I did, and he went along with walking all the way from TM to the number 12 bus stop next to Simei Green. It was a leisure 25 minutes walk, and I swear I talked so much from the start to the end, sharing my teaching experiences, that I didn’t feel like the distance was very long, nor did I realise my throat was so parched, “WATER!” Walking, it’s good for your digestion =)
Oh yes, HAPPY BIRTHDAY my dearest Tsu Ting. May we meet up soon after a year of procrastination.
After endless bugging by me to go to the Night Safari, my dad actually INTENDS to go, which is a big deal! Aww, how incessant I can be.
On a very random note, my monthly contact lenses are more than two months old. I can’t seem to find a time to purchase new ones. Oh gawd, if I do go blind one day, blame it on my utter laziness.
