FRIDAY: Julian's party was today, at his condo, and since Rach mentioned we were to get him a present, Zul&I decided to go shop around Tampines for one. Since there's like 3 malls within a 100-metre radius, the likelihood of finding something would be very high. [Damn, Bedok Interchange is almost as large yet we don't have a single proper mall -.-]
We met a couple of familiar people. First, it was Mr. Ho, too bad we saw him when he was without his wife and kids. Zul so excitedly suggested we follow him to find his family that his 'backing away' was almost done unsurreptitiously - so laughable =D After that, we saw AJ and a whole bunch of his friends, including Martin! To think we were just mentioning about him and his cake moments before that, what a coincidence! We got our cakes for Julian after this and at the bus interchange, I saw a student who totally raised his eyebrows at me, lol.
The party was pretty fun. Julian invited his Changkat bunch of friends as well as his poly lecture mates. They were -Farah (she's superrrr adorable, and very friendly), KC (a guy with DIMPLES ^^), Mike (this funny dude from Indo who turns red very easily), Ikrham (sorry don't know how to spell) and this other fella who's apparently 26 years old O.o All very amiable people. Those from Changkat who went were Zul, Rach, PC, Euodia, Jasper, Jackson, Shiqing (she's also their poly mate, I didn't know!) and I believe Royston came later.
I left pretty early because Rach left early; her parents came to fetch her home. I got them to drop me off at the Bedok South Secondary bus stop and I walked home. AJ was nice enough to accompany me on the phone, Thanks ah! =)
SATURDAY: I went shopping with my parents at Robinson's Centerpoint today. The thing about going shopping at such a classy place is that the prices are such a turn-off. My brain automatically converts the prices into how many more pieces I could get outside at the heartland shopping districts =D Heeeee~
My Dad was almost like shopping for his own Father's Day gift, haha. And he had two females there to offer our two cents worth on his clothes, is he a lucky fella or what! ;p And I swear, shopping is SO GODAMN TIRING. I can walk from Tanah Merah to TM to home, and not feel that shag but give me an hour in the mall and I already feel so worn-out. I was almost seeing stars after 1.5 hours of shopping >.< I realised how much I REALLY don't like it. So weird huh. Considering the mileage I clocked would probably be less than that if I walked to TM but still, so so so so sooooooooooo exhausted.
We had splendid food at the Teochew Seafood Restaurant after that though. WAHHH, the food there is just D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. =D It made all the walking while shopping worthwhile.
Gonna go SIA with my brother now, for table tennis! WHEE~ And probably plus pool, and gym, and swimming, and... ...
