Walking crazzzzze

Right from 10.43am, my life became pretty eventful. Because that was the time I started playing my Zoo Tycoon, and I realised it's much harder than it looks. Anyway, in the midst of it, Alex asked to meet for lunch at 1pm. So off I went, down to TM and we had Cafe Cartel. Being such a mountain tortoise, I didn't know that almost all restaurants have lunch promotions on weekdays these days. We each ordered one set lunch, and shared the main course, Typical Singaporean la. And it was my treat, because his 21st birthday celebration is this Saturday (although the actual day is next Thurs!). He felt damn weird letting me foot the bill, it was hilarious.

We went shopping after that because he wanted to buy a watch as a birthday gift for his primary school friend. He was gonna share it with 6 others, but the prices of the watches we saw that he thought would make a good gift came to about $180. LOL, which still makes it super expensive. But since Alex's so nice, he probably will ta the extra, hahaha.

I had to go for tuition after that. And since tuition ended a whole hour earlier than the time I was supposed to meet Leonard, GUESS WHAT! I walked to Tampines from somewhere near Tanah Merah. And my walking speed-cum-time estimation was pretty good, because I was only late for about 4 minutes? XD It took me 1 hour 5 minutes!

We went to F.I.S.H., next to Sushi Tei at Tampines 1 to have dinner. Leonard ordered this fish dish while I ordered chicken. The waitress told me it was only a little spicy but it turned out to be SUPER DUPER EXTREMELY CANNOT TAHAN KINDA SPICY MAN. Leonard and I were both suffering. Haha, because we did a food exchange between ourselves also. Nevermind, we saw it as training for our taste buds man, xian ku hou tian. Lucky we ordered this huge freeze drink that helped cool our fiery mouths. ARGH, I hate spicy food. But the NON-SPICY fish dish that he ordered was GOOD!

The waitress came to recommend the desserts - she told us that their chocolate fudge cake with pecans and nuts was heavenly, and I agree. I also inquired since it was Leonard's birthday, do we get anything F.O.C, and as it turns out, there was free CHOCOLATE ice-cream. HAHA, Leonard's a happy guy so long as there's chocolate. We ate until we were super full. I hope you had fun today Leonard, once again, HAPPY 19th!

I decided to walk home after dinner. Siao right, I think so too. Leonard walked with me till Simei because he had to go to his Aunt's house to pick up something. So after that, I was on my own! Waaah, super long walk. As I was nearing home, guess who I saw - Chang Yuan! LOL! What a coincidence. I knew somehow I would meet him in the vicinity, and so today it was. He's still as adorable as ever. So pinch-able, but he's also so tall for his age la. Makes me feel small.

Anyway, it took 1 hour 18 minutes from TM to home! HA, accomplished man! AND PLEASE, I'm not doing it just so I wanna save money. I'm not that extreme. I just had time to waste, what to do... HEEH. So yup, what a crazing day of walking. I wonder how many kilometres I clocked. LOL.
