Lifted Spirits!

FRIDAY: I went to meet them for pool againnnnnnn today. Such madness right, I've been going to the place so often now. I even recognise some familiar faces, and guess what, they recognise us too. We really chiong-ed a couple of hours, it was pretty tiring but DAMN FUN =D

I met Darrell after that and we took the shuttle to NSRCC. Happiness is getting a free ride! And the bus driver is really zun [on time], he came at 7.30pm SHARP. The food was already in the process of being BBQ-ed so I just went and stuffed myself. AWESOME spread, I couldn't seem to fill the black hole that was forming in my tummy and I just went gobbling down food like nobody's business. Even my brother was amazed at my appetite -.-

I challenged him pool after that! [Yes, I know, I'm so sick right. Pool 24/7!] And I won him the four times that we played, woohoo! The other relatives came too, so the place was abuzz with much noisy chatter, but then again, that's a comforting noise because you know you have your loved ones enjoying themselves too.

SATURDAY: I went hiking today! Hee Hee Hee. It's so much fun really! Ok fine, not the weather bit. We arrived at the vicinity of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve when the sun was REALLY scorching, you could feel those inner cells beneath your skin dying slowly... melting under the extreme heat... perhaps even vaporising... OKok, let's cut the melodrama. But I'm sure you've had that experience. Zul's convinced the sun's warmer in Clementi than it is in the East, lol!

The hike was a realy good test of endurance, because sometimes the steps you have to take is so high or the slope you have to climb is so steep, giving up seems like the smartest thing to do right there and then. Really, no kidding. But of course, you coerce yourself into persevering. And eventually, you achieve this high, from a bubbling sense of accomplishment! WHEE~!

I got so high after that, I got AJ to chiong with me up the super inclined slope. Haha, adrenaline rush man! All in all, it's definitely time well spent. Lovin' it! XD

We all went our separate ways after that, Rach&Julian to town, Wahida&Zul to Simei, AJ&myself to Tampines. Each with our own set of activities, except for the *ahem* lovebirds =D

I met them for pool at Safra, no surprise there I would think -.- This time, we didn't play on the big table first so the skills displayed on the smaller table weren't as wow. Haha, but still, we had fun! One of them got DAMN CRAZY la, it began when we first discussed the theory behind the disappearance of the AirFrance flight - he firmly believes it's the work of ALIENS.

Yes, aliens. If you share similar sentiments, please tell me about it.
